Consequences of Underage Access

If it is determined that an account has been opened by or used by a person under the age of 18, tjbeat will:

• Immediately close the account without notice;
• Void all bets and casino game rounds played on the account;
• Retain all deposits and winnings associated with the account;
• Report the matter to the appropriate authorities where required.

Duplicate accounts created to exploit bonuses will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. All activity conducted through your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process depending on your bank. tjbeat does not charge fees on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If a deposit is received from a payment method not matching your registered name, tjbeat reserves the right to return the funds and restrict the account pending investigation.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals or large amounts may require additional identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.

Before a withdrawal is approved, tjbeat may require:

• Completion of identity verification (KYC documents);
• Proof that any active bonus wagering requirements have been met;
• Confirmation that the withdrawal method matches the depositing method.

Transaction Disputes

If you believe a deposit has not been credited to your account, or a withdrawal has not been received, please contact support within 30 days of the transaction date. Provide your transaction reference number and the amount. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be investigated.

Fraudulent Transactions

Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments on tjbeat will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant authorities. tjbeat cooperates fully with payment providers and law enforcement agencies in the investigation of financial fraud.

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the tjbeat platform, including cricket markets such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all international fixtures involving the Bangladesh Tigers.

Bet Placement

A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the tjbeat system and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to verify that your bet slip reflects the correct selection, odds, and stake before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except as described under the cash-out provisions below.

tjbeat reserves the right to void, refuse, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• There is evidence of a technical error or odds feed malfunction;
• The bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for the market;
• There are reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing or irregular betting patterns;
• The event has already started at the time the pre-match bet is placed (for non-live markets).

Odds and Prices

All odds published on tjbeat are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds accepted are those displayed at the moment the bet is submitted and confirmed by the system. tjbeat makes no guarantee that odds will remain constant between the time you select a market and the time your bet is processed.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being declared;
• The bet was placed due to a clearly erroneous price (palpable error);
• The relevant sporting body declares the match result void;
• Technical systems failure prevents accurate recording of the bet.

Voided bets have their stakes returned to the player's account in full.

Live (In-Play) Betting

Live betting markets on tjbeat are available for selected cricket matches and other sporting events. In-play odds are updated in real time. There may be brief periods during which markets are suspended — for example, during wicket reviews, Duckworth–Lewis calculations, or at the fall of a wicket. Bets placed during a suspension are void. tjbeat accepts no liability for delays in live odds feeds caused by third-party data providers.

Maximum Winnings

tjbeat applies maximum payout limits per event and per account. The maximum single-event payout is ৳5,00,000 (five lakh Taka) unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules. tjbeat reserves the right to reduce the maximum payout limit for any market without prior notice.

Eligibility

To be eligible for any bonus, you must hold a verified tjbeat account in good standing. Some bonuses are restricted to players who deposit using specific payment methods (for example, a bKash-exclusive bonus). Eligibility criteria are stated on each individual promotion page.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be turned over in eligible bets before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.

The following bet types do not contribute to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated:

• Bets with odds below 1.40;
• Void or cancelled bets;
• Bets placed on markets that are subsequently suspended;
• Progressive jackpot slots (contribution percentage may be reduced).

Bonus Abuse

tjbeat maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Activities classified as bonus abuse include creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, and colluding with other players to artificially meet bonus conditions. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have bonus funds and associated winnings voided and may be permanently closed.

Expiry

Bonus funds and free spins expire after the period stated on the individual promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically. Wagering requirements must be completed before the expiry date; partially completed wagering does not entitle you to a proportional bonus payout.

Withdrawal of Real Money Funds

Where a player account holds both real money funds and bonus funds, the real money balance is always used first for betting purposes. Real money winnings can be withdrawn at any time subject to standard KYC requirements, regardless of whether any active bonus has been fully wagered.

By using the tjbeat platform, you agree to the following obligations. Breach of any of these obligations may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not, at any time while using tjbeat:

• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with any part of the tjbeat interface without express written consent;
• Attempt to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engage in, facilitate, or encourage match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sporting corruption;
• Use the platform for any money laundering activity or to process the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Impersonate another player, tjbeat employee, or third party;
• Share access to your account with any other person for any purpose;
• Make defamatory, abusive, or threatening communications to tjbeat staff or other users via any support channel.

Accurate Self-Representation

You confirm that you are not a person who has previously been excluded from online gambling platforms, that you are not self-excluded from tjbeat, and that gambling is legal in your jurisdiction. You also confirm that the funds you deposit on tjbeat are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally.

Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your device, internet connection, and software environment meet the technical requirements to use the tjbeat platform correctly. tjbeat accepts no responsibility for bets lost or not placed due to connectivity problems, device failure, or browser incompatibility on your side.

Reporting Errors

If you notice any error in the odds displayed, a credit to your account that you did not earn, or any other technical irregularity, you must report it to tjbeat support immediately. You must not attempt to profit from any error. Any winnings resulting from a system error will be void and reclaimed from your account balance.

Either you or tjbeat may close your account at any time, subject to the conditions described below.

Voluntary Closure by the Player

If you wish to close your account, contact the tjbeat support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Before closing, any real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering remains outstanding. Accounts with active self-exclusion arrangements will remain closed for the duration of the exclusion period regardless of a subsequent closure request.

Closure by tjbeat

tjbeat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances in which tjbeat may close an account include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Failure to complete age or identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement;
• Duplicate account creation;
• Persistent or serious abusive conduct towards platform staff.

Where an account is closed by tjbeat due to a breach of these Terms, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation. tjbeat will provide reasons for closure where it is legally permissible to do so.

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. tjbeat reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account will be closed. You will be notified by email before dormancy fees begin. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and contact support.

Effect of Closure

Upon closure of your account, all unsettled bets will be resolved in accordance with the normal market settlement rules. Bonus funds and free spins are forfeited upon closure regardless of wagering progress. These Terms & Conditions continue to apply in respect of any transactions completed prior to the date of closure.

Complaints and Disputes

If you are dissatisfied with any decision made by tjbeat, including an account closure decision, you may submit a formal complaint to [email protected].
